Return Information

3% fees we charging on Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team to refund.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complain and providing you a RMA number which will be used for further services.

Proof of dispatch must be retained until the Company acknowledges safe receipt of the returned products.

Please Note – you are responsible for cost of returning unwanted/cancelled items to us and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.

If customer will use for picking up and dropping our service for RMA items, he will be charged AED 50/- (Fifty Dirham) for our pickup and drop services.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges. can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service.

Refund Policy

By default your refund will be credit to you store account.

Upon request, we will refund as per the original payment method.

Credit Card

Upon request, we can organize a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around 10 – 15 working days from the date of your order cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

In case of COD, we will refund your account with store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.
